Laryngeal webs granulomas

Before endoscopic evaluation with feedback of the left vocal cord granuloma

Granulomas are typically the vocal cord lesions located on the posterior third of the vocal cords, at the vocal process.


May be caused or prolonged intubation or be one of the manifestations of Gerd laringopatia.
Can cause dysphonia, a feeling of laryngeal dimensions or be totally asymptomatic.
Treatment is almost always doctor with anti-reflux therapies

Endoscopic evaluation of the same patient after one month of therapy with Proton pump inhibitors
The same patient after 6 months of therapy with Proton pump inhibitors with complete resolution of the problem
